COMMON ORDER The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.933 of 2018, I.A.No.934 of 2018, I.A.No.932 of 2018 and I.A.No.931 of 2018 in O.S.No.1285 of 2018 .

2. Heard Mr.A.Immanuel, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It is seen on a perusal of the adjudication orders passed in I.A.Nos.931 to 934 of 2018 that the petitions with affidavits have been filed on 17.09.2018 and the counters have also been filed on 04.10.2018. Hence, the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore is called upon to dispose of the I.A.Nos.931 to 934 of 2018 within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
