The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to give permission to conduct the cultural programme on 12.12.2018 in the event of Sri Mariamman Koil, Kumaran Nagar, Near Post Office, Goundchipalayam Post, Erode District - 638 112 based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent has already considered the petitioner's request and passed orders by way of proceedings in Na.Ka.No.01/2018, dated 07.12.2018, rejecting the request of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
