These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and rank them as 3rd to 5th respondent in the Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions and no objections being raised on the side of respondents, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. List the case in the 1st week of January, 2024.
