This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for all the records and quash all the proceedings in Crime No.54 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the entire charge as against the petitioner itself is abated.
3. However, the investigation in this case is still pending as against the second accused. Therefore, since the FIR is of the year 2018, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
