These applications have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 1198 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of late M.G.Meganathan, the first respondent on 29.03.2015; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of late M.G.Meganathan, the first respondent and to bring on record the proposed second and third respondents herein as second and third respondents in the above Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. Substituted service has been effected on the third respondent through publication in "Makkal Kural" Tamil Evening Daily Newspaper on 02.07.2022. A copy of the publication has also been produced before this Court.
