This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondents to conduct enquiry under Section 78 of the Multistate Cooperative Societies Act, 2002 by considering the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 15.05.2018 and 28.08.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner is not even a member of the 2nd respondent Society. Therefore, the petitioner has no locus to lodge any complaint and seek enquiry under Section 78 of the Multistate Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.

3. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered and the same is devoid of merits.
