Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for deposit of amounts by 2 weeks from today, concerning Crl.M.P.No.14929 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.21060 of 2018 dated 9.11.2018 on the file of the Honble Court concerning Cr.No.297 of 2018 on the file of the above respondent police.
This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court date 13.12.2018 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.G.THIRUNAVUKKARASU, Advocate, for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order. This application is filed to extend the time for deposit of amount ordered on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14929 of 2018 dated 09.11.2018.
2.Heard both sides.
3.This Court has already imposed a condition on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- by its order dated 05.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.11584 of 2018.
So far the petitioner has paid Rs.17,00,000/-, for payment another Rs.8,00,000/- he seeks further period of two weeks time from today.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended from today, to the petitioner for payment of remaining amount Rs.8,00,000/- and to execute surety.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted as per the Order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17026 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.21060 of 2018, dated 13.12.2018, the petitioner had paid the balance sum of Rs.8,00,000/- to the defacto complainant and he has also acknowledged the receipt of the same.
3. The submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor is recorded.
4. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21060 of 2018, dated 05.09.2018, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
