This Court, by an order dated 10.04.2019, while dismissing Crl.O.P.No.5648 of 2019 issued a direction to the concerned trial court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.127 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

2. The learned trial judge/ Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, Erode has sent a communication dated 17.04.2023 through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode District to the Registry seeking further extension of three months time for completing the trial proceedings in C.C.No.127 of 2013.
