This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2018, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puduchery) submitted that the investigation has been completed by the respondent police and the final report has been filed on 15.03.2018 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.75 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Puduchery.

3.The learned counsel further would submit that the petitioner appeared before the Court below and the copies have also been given.
