2. When the matter was listed on 04.01.2019, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 10.01.2019. Even today i.e. 24.06.2021, the matter is listed under the caption for "Adjourn Admission", no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
