By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioners have come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action against the respondents 2 to 4 in respect of document bearing registration No.6237/2018 dated 31.08.2018, situated at SRO, Pammal, under Sections 81 and 82 of the Registration Act on the basis of their representation dated 14.09.2018.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 14.09.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2 for taking criminal action against the respondents 2 to 4 in respect of document bearing registration No.6237/2018 dated 31.08.2018, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the first
respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 14.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners, the respondents 2 to 4 herein as well as any of the interested parties and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
