Heard Mr. S. V. Pravin Rathinam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M. Vijayan, Learned Counsel for M/s. King & Patridge, Learned Counsel for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. R. Subramanian, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth Respondent.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the First to Third Respondents to consider the representation dated 12.11.2018 made by the Petitioner and to take appropriate steps against the Fourth Respondent for breach of the terms and conditions under the Agency Contract.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 12.11.2018 made by the Petitioner had been considered and disposed by the Third Respondent by order dated 18.10.2019 and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
