ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for records in Crime No.904/2018 on the file of first respondent police and quash the same.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after conducting enquiry, the crime No.904 of 2018 has been closed as mistake of fact on 23.03.2019 and also filed a referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The 1st respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
