O R D E R

The writ petition has filed by the petitioner praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners into respondents' Corporation service by considering the petitioners representation dated 20.11.2018 in the light of B.P.(9) dated 09.01.2018.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioners have been working as contract labourers in the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board from the year 2011 under the control of the third respondent. The respondents have regularized in the services as petitioner's juniors. But the petitioners were not considered for regularisation. Hence, the petitioners made a representation dated 20.11.2018 to the respondents 2 and 3 . But till date, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners have already been furnished all the particulars along with their representations to the respondents. Hence, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners also undertakes that necessary particulars also be furnished in addition to the representation dated 20.11.2018 along with this order copy.

5. Considering the said submission made by both the parties, liberty may be given to the petitioners to make a fresh representation along with all particulars to the respondents 2 and 3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such receipt of the said representation, the second respondent shall consider the petitioners' representation by taking note of P.B(9) dated 09.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the additional representation.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
