This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to effect name Transfer in the assessment of Property Tax and Water Tax in the name of minor Petitioner Delicia with respect to the Flat belonging to the deceased Chitra Vasanthi, bearing Flat No.35, Sea Breeze Apartments, MIG Flats, Singaravelan Nagar, Kuppam Beach Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 41.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
