[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to transfer the detenu viz., M.Saravanan, Son of Munusamy, Convict No.6920 (now detained at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai), from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to Central Prison, Salem.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. As the prayer of the petitioner in the present Habeas Corpus Petition stands answered by way of the order of second respondent dated 20.12.2018, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
