C O M M O N O R D E R The above Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to set aside the petition and order dated 14.11.2018, passed in R.E.A.No.61 of 2018 in R.E.P.No. 34 of 2015 in O.S.No.200 of 2010 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Namakkal and to set aside the petition and order dated 14.11.2018, passed in R.E.A.No.233 of 2018 in R.E.P.No. 21 of 2014 in O.S.No.276 of 2005 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions and also made an endorsement to that effect.
