Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the concerned records from the respondent, quash the order of the respondent dated 06.12.2018 bearing No.A2/1199/2013/T as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondent to retain the petitioner in the post of Assistant Traffic Manager (Class I).
