BASKARAN, ADVOCATE for 2nd Respondents and ofMR.RAJA PERUMAL AGP, for 1st Respondent and of MR.FATHER XAVIER ARUL RAJ, SENIOR COUN on behalf of the 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition filed to recall the order dated 07.12.2018 made in Review Application No.184 of 2018 in W.P. 2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in W.M.P. states that on the particular date when the warrant was issued by this Court, the name of the counsel on record was not printed in the cause list of the High Court. Thus, the learned counsel unable to appear before this Court on that particular day, on 07.12.2018 and therefore, the warrant issued by this Court is to be recalled.
3.In view of the reason submitted by the learned Senior Counsel that the name of the counsel on record was not printed in the High Court cause list, the order passed by this Court on 07.12.2018 stands recalled. Accordingly, W.M.P. No. 38189 of 2018 stands disposed of.
