This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2018 filed by the 1st respondent police against this petitioner for an offence under Sections 417, 506(1) and 376 of IPC.

2. There are sufficient allegations made in the complaint and therefore this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage.
