ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2013. This petitioner was not named as an accused in the FIR. Subsequently, based on the confession given by the co-accused this petitioner has also been made as an accused. This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage, since FIR was registered in the year 2013.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
