Application No.9677 of 2018 has been filed to direct the respondents/defendants to forthwith remove the reference to MissTeenIndia, from its Face Book Page discontinue the use of the website www.missteenindia.org.in and discontinue the use of the trade mark MissTennIndia, in respect of any of the activities or in any of the materials used in any of its materials, including online content. 2.Application No.9678 of 2018 has been filed to punish the respondents/defendants for their willful acts of disobedience of the order dated 05.07.2016, passed by this Court in O.A.Nos.514 and 515 of 2016 in C.S.No.379 of 2016.
