These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' application for regularisation of unapproved plots.
2. According to the petitioners, they have filed applications dated 30.03.2018, and 31.03.2018, respectively before the respondents to approve their unapproved plots as per G.O.Ms.No.78, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(3)] Department dated 04.05.2017, so far, their applications were not considered. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners.
3. Earlier, notice ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioners' application are still pending with the respondents along with other applications, and the authorities will pass suitable orders within a period of four weeks.
4. Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' application and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
