Prayer in MP.38648/2018: This petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed by this court in W.P.No.1861/2018 dated 30.01.2018 and pass further order. Prayer in W.P.No.1861/2018: Writ Petition No.1861/2018 under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writs of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the respondent in his impugned proceedings made in TIN No.33171084167/ 2016-17 dated 30.10.2017 and quash the same as illegal and contrary to the scheme of the Act. ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of this court dt.30.01.2018 made in W.P.Nos.1860 & 1861 of 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.Hemalatha, Advocate for the Petitioner herein and of Ms.G.Dhana Madhri, Government Advocate for the Respondent and this court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 30.01.2018 in W.P.No.1861 of 2018.
2. The petitioner seeks for modification on account of the time limit fixed by this Court to pay 15% of the disputed tax. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has been paid belatedly.
4. In the light of the above, the petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to reckon the payment made by the petitioner as deemed to be in compliance of the order passed by this Court.
