Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose the MCOP.No.153 of 2011 expeditiously within stipulated time frame.

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of MCOP.No.153 of 2011 within a stipulated time frame.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the trial has commenced.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose the MCOP.No.153 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
