ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.09.2018 made in E.P.No.50 of 1999 in O.S.No.329 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial 1/3

Magistrate, Portonovo.

2. When the matter was listed "for admission" on 21.12.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 08.01.2019. The matter is listed today i.e., 21.06.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
