RESPONDENTS PRAYER:The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 4th respondent to release the fund for the work done by the petitioner by considering the enquiry report of 2nd respondent dated 10.10.2017 in R.C.No.GI(3)/ 30214/58/2017 and also on the basis of Memo of 3rd respondent dated 04.07.2018 in R.C.No.595/2018-A2. O R D E R

According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation, dated 1.6.2018 to the first respondent to release the fund for the work done by the petitioner. Enquiry report also has been submitted by the second respondent, in Rc.No.G1(3)/302124/58/2017, dated 10.10.2017 and also on the basis of Memo also has been issued by the third respondent in R.C.No.595/2018-A2, dated 4.7.2017. However, no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the relief sought for by the petitioner relates to the contractual obligations between the parties. The petitioner made representation to the first respondent on 1.6.2018 on the basis of the report submitted by the respondents 2 and 3.

3. In the light of the report submitted by the respondents 2 and 3, without expressing any opinion on merits, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 1.6.2018 on merits and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
