Crl.O.P.No.29108 of 2018 & Crl.M.P.Nos.17012 and 17014 of 2018 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent. Notice to the second respondent returnable in six weeks. Private notice is also permitted. 2.It is seen from the records that already the marriage between the first petitioner and the daughter of the second respondent has been dissolved by the judgment of the Family Court, Erode, dated 06.06.2014. There was also a compromise entered into between the parties wherein it has been specifically agreed that the present calender case is also be closed. That apart, A5 and A6 have already approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6586 of 2018 and Crl.M.P.Nos.3382 and 3383 of 2018 and this Court has already granted an order of interim stay and dispensed with the appearance of A5 and A6.
3.In view of the above, there shall be an order of stay of all further proceedings in C.C. No.539 of 2013, on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition. The presence of the petitioners shall be dispensed with, pending disposal http://www.judis.nic.in of the above Criminal Original petition.
