The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of HMOP.No.524 of 2014 within a stipulated time time.

2. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the trial has commenced and posted for cross examination on 04.12.2018.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of HMOP.No.524 of 2014, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
