By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to him to conduct a Cultural Program (Adalum Padalum) scheduled to be held on 27.12.2018 at "Arulmighu Chinnaathal Temple" at Chinniyampalayam, Modakurichi, Erode - 638 104 by considering his representation dated 10.10.2018.
3. Heard Mr.M.Manimaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.10.2018 has already been considered by the respondent and it was rejected on 12.12.2018 on the ground that there is a law and order problem.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
