ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2135 of 2018, dated 29.11.2018, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruvarur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. This Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. The Court below has considered the facts of the case and also of the fact that a new car has been completely damaged by the petitioner and others. Therefore, the Court below thought it fit to impose the cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- against the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
