Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the review applications dated 05.07.2018, 11.07.2018, and 07.09.2018, of the petitioner for the issuance of community certificate to the petitioner and his sister B.Jaisudha, brother B.Nagaraj, and his children B.S. Gopika Sri and B.S.Haritha Sri that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.61 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW-10) Department, dated 04.04.2005, based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's father, L.Balu.

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.Sundresh, J.,) The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction upon the respondent to consider his review applications dated 05.07.2018, 11.07.2018, and 07.09.2018 filed for issuance of community certificate to him, his sister, brother B.Nagaraj, and his children stating that they belong to Kattunayakan (ST) Community as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.61 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW-10) Department, dated 04.04.2005, based upon the community certificate already issued to the petitioner's father, L.Balu. 2.
We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

The petitioner has made Review Application on various dates, i.e. on 05.07.2018, 11.07.2018, and 07.09.2018 as against the earlier order, dated 28.06.2018, by which, the request made by him for issuance of community certificate was rejected on the ground that there is no material to hold that he was living at Panapakkam Village.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the subsequent materials produced by the petitioner through the Review Application would clearly establish the fact that the petitioner is living at Panapakkam Village, we are not inclined to express any opinion on merit.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending Review Application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
