Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal and stay petition filed on 10.12.2018 under Section 10-A of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 against the notice dated 07.12.2018 issued by the 4th respondent under Section 6 of Land Encroachment Act in respect of the petitioner lands to an extent of 1.06.0 Hectares dry lands comprised in S.No.89/3 situated at Thandiappanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District within a specific time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner was issued notice dated 07.12.2018 under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 in respect of his dry lands to an extent of 1.06.0 Hectares comprised in Survey No.89/3 situated at Thandiappanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
2. Being aggrieved by the said notice dated 07.12.2018, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dated 10.12.2018.
3. The prayer of the petitioner is that the first respondent i.e., the District Collector, Krishnagiri be directed to dispose of the appeal and the stay petition dated 10.12.2018 filed by him.
4. The learned Government Pleader (i/c) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the stay petition will be disposed of within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. As far as the appeal filed by the petitioner is concerned, the learned Government Pleader (i/c) states that the same will be disposed of by the first respondent as expeditiously as possible thereafter.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c), no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
