ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, informing himself to be the husband of the detenu viz., Aiyesha, aged 19 years, sought her production.
2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.
3. The detenue has been produced before this Court. The detenue has been placed under the care of her parents pursuant to learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tindivanam having recorded her statement on 25.07.2018. On such date, the petitioner was not of marriageable age. Though a major, the detenue had then informed intent to return to the parental home as advised by her parents. Pursuant to registration of a case in Crime No.231 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2018 on the file of second respondent and upon complaint preferred by the father of the detenu, the detenue too had preferred a complaint on 24.07.2018 before the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram informing of danger to the petitioner, who she had been informed of her husband.
4. Be that as it may, the detenue is produced before us today, has informed her intent to be under the care and custody of her parents.
5. In such circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
