This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Perundhurai to the file of Family Court, Salem. Page No: 1/3

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the dispute between both the parties has been settled and the petitioner and respondent are living together. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to close the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
