ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to issue the documents, namely, R.C.Book, Insurance, Driving Licence of Ilanchezhian, FIR, NOC of vehicle, relating to the Car bearing Registration No.TN 63 BA 5368, which is the subject matter of the Crime No.310 of 2018, dated 31.08.2018.

2.The petitioner met with an accident and sustained grievous injuries. An FIR was also registered by the respondent police in Crime No.310 of 2018 on 31.08.2018 for an offence under Sections 279 and 337 IPC.

3. The petitioner after undergoing treatment, wanted to claim compensation against the owner of the offending vehicle and therefore requested the respondent police to give him the above said documents. Since, the above said documents have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been given to the petitioner, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4. The respondent police is directed to give a copy of the documents sought for by the petitioner and available with the police, with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
