Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2015 and the representation dated 07.08.2015, which was registered as complaint No.132 and initiate action as per Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act within reasonable time.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to take action on the petitioner's complaint.

2. According to the petitioner, on 07.08.2015, he has given a representation before the second respondent under Section 82 and 83 of the Registration Act to cancel a mortgage and a sale deed. On receipt of the said representlation, the first respondent/Inspector General of Registration, in and by his proceedings, dated 30.09.2015, directed the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2015 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the other interested persons within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction , this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
