This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.01.2014 made in I.A.No.330 of 2013 in O.S.No.124 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif (FAC) at Cuddalore.

2. When the matter was listed on 04.01.2019, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 10.01.2019. Even today i.e. 24.06.2021, when the matter is listed under the caption for "Adjourned Admission", the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought for adjournment.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
