Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to assist the Prosecution in the above Crl.RC.No.670 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.KATHICK SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.S.THANKA SIVAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SURIYAPRAKASH Government Advocate for R2 on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The defacto complainant has filed this miscellaneous petition seeking permission to assist the prosecution in the above criminal revision case.

It is always left open to the defacto complainant to assist the prosecution and the respondent may not have any objection on this. Hence this petitioner/defacto complainant is permitted to assist the prosecution.

Post the revision on 07.03.2019.
