ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1138 of 2017, pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.5 of 2018.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court below is not providing that the copies of the final report and the documents filed along with it. The petitioner as accused person is entitled for free copies of the documents and the Court below will provide all the papers to the petitioner at the appropriate time.

4. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
