JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal arises against the Judgment and Decree dated 05.10.2017 made in A.S.No.4 of 2015 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, by confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 25.02.2015 made in O.S.No.223 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Hosur.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that both the parties have arrived at a settlement out of court. She has also filed a memo to that effect.
