This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.254 of 2004.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed by the respondent police and the same was taken on file before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. Subsequently, the same has been transferred to the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on 19.12.2018.
