This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.296 of 2018.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has already been filed in this case and the same is pending before the learned Magistrate which is yet to be numbered.

4.The respondent police is directed to take steps to get the C.C Numbered within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
