JUDGMENT

This testamentary suit is laid for grant of Letters of Administration of the registered Will dated 14.02.2002, executed by late A.Manonmani.

2. Both sides agree to settle their issues and the matter has been referred to mediation. The mediation was successful and the parties have entered into a memo of compromise before the Mediator.

3. Both parties were before the Court today along with their respective counsel and they agree with the terms they have entered into. In terms of the compromise, the plaintiff in the suit in effect had agreed to give up her interest wholly obtained under the Will dated 14.02.2002, sought to be probated.
