COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent) Control Act, to set aside the order dated 09.10.2018 made in I.A.Nos.118 and 119 of 2018 in R.C.A.Nos.3 and 6 of 2018 respectively, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Puducherry. For Petitioners in both C.R.Ps : Mr.T.S.Baskaran For Respondent in both C.R.Ps : Mr.D.Ravichander C O M M O N O R D E R The prayer sought for in these revision petitions is to set aside the order dated 09.10.2018 made in I.A.Nos.118 and 119 of 2018 in R.C.A.Nos.3 and 6 of 2018 respectively, on the file of the Principal District Judge,

Though the petitioners herein had raised several grounds challenging the order of rejection of the applications before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no serious objections if the appeals are directed to be disposed of within stipulated time.

3. In view of such a submission made, it would be appropriate that the appeals are directed to be disposed of. It is brought to my notice that the respondent herein had completed his arguments before the Appellate Authority.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent herein / landlord and also the stage of the appeal proceedings, the learned Principal District Judge, Puducherry, shall endeavour to dispose of the appeals in RCA.Nos.3 and 6 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
