O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.366 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court IV, Tiruppur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that the charges have been framed and the trial has also commenced.

3. This Court does not want to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.366 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
