The query raised by the Registry of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal could be an issue in the suit and as such, the Registry may not be

justified in returning the plaint on those legal grounds. Hence, the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal is called upon to instruct the Registry to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
