ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.8191 of 2013 in O.S.No.6587 of 2005 dated 10.10.2018 on the file of the III Assistant Judge (FAC), City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing survives for consideration in the civil revision petition considering the fact that the purpose for which the interlocutory application was sought for has been achieved pending the revision before this Court. Therefore, the 2/4
learned counsel would submit that the civil revision petition can be dismissed as infructuous.
3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that the suit is pending for more than 20 years and suitable directions may be issued for early disposal of the suit.
4.Considering the said submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
