Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 4th respondents in Proceedings Na.Ka.No.5779/A2/2016 dated 02.12.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to place the petitioner under the Old Pension Scheme based on the initial date of appointment on 02.12.2002 in the Ambur Co-Operative Sugar Mills, Higher Secondary School Vadapudupet, Vellore which is applicable to those who entered into service prior to 01.04.2003 and extend all the benefits.
