(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 28.04.2017 passed by the third respondent and direct the third respondent to repossess the municipality road and sewage trench illegally encroached by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent in unison submitted that the petitioner is no more. An endorsement has also been made to that effect in the court bundle.
